Founder & Principal
Sam Champi has served as a Construction executive with extensive experience leading commercial construction operations, corporate interiors, and ground-up development projects across more than 150+ million square feet of construction within the commercial, retail, medical, life sciences, pharmaceutical, and multi-family sectors.

His proven track record of driving operational growth, scaling business revenue, and combining project leadership with strategic business development has fostered long-term client partnerships and repeat business opportunities. Sam is recognized throughout the industry for successfully managing complex projects while maintaining aggressive schedules, controlling budgets, and maximizing quality through collaborative problem-solving and proactive leadership.

​Sam graduated high school from Delbarton and went on to graduate from Fordham University, concentrating on academia and baseball. Sam was a four-year starter and graduated with a BS degree in Finance and concentration is accounting. Â

Jeffrey S. Buchman
Founder & Principal
Jeffrey S. Buchman is a veteran 30-year commercial real estate executive and trusted advisor, known for successfully having repositioned and re-energized commercial properties throughout national markets.

In his capacity as a respected real estate executive, Jeffrey drives the strategic objectives, implements value-add and repositioning solutions for the financial and operational oversight of a vast portfolio of real estate holdings.

Jeffrey is a proven leader, mentor, creative thinker and problem solver with extensive experience in all facets of commercial real estate, i.e. financial oversight, Property Management, Project Management, Leasing, Ground-Up development, etc... These skills which were first fostered from his early days working for and as an owner of his family's real estate firm have provided the groundwork to successfully guide both his clients and projects at hand.

Mr. Buchman earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Finance & Business from American University and received his New Jersey Real Estate License in 1988. He is an avid golfer and resides with his family in Mountain Lakes, New Jersey.

Over a 35-year career and principal at R&J Control Inc.—a premier family-owned emergency generator systems provider serving the Tri-State area. Jeffrey led the company from a modest 3-person operation into an industry leader with over 30 employees and a client base scaling from 40 accounts to more than 4,000.

As a family business, you must wear every hat imaginable and as the company grew, I discovered a genuine passion for business analytics and improving efficiency, while fiercely protecting the close-knit, supportive culture that made us successful.
At my core, I believe leadership is built on mutual respect and collaborative problem-solving. My philosophy was simple: I worked alongside my personnel to let them co-create solutions—fostering high accountability, self-motivation, and deep trust.

The capstone of my tenure was the strategic repositioning that led to the successful sale of our 50-year-old family firm— a rewarding milestone that capped off 3.5 decades of dedicated service.
